Maths Rotation Task

 



How To Multiply Fractions


Step 1: If you have a fraction like this 6/4  x  8/4   you need to....
Step 2: You need to multiply the two top numbers together 6x8= 48. 
Step 3 : Then multiply the bottom numbers which are 4 x 4= 16.
Step 4 : so the answer would be 48/16 but then you need to simplify. 
Step 5 :  Then simplify so it would be 12/4 and there is your answer .

This is what the working out should look like.
